"Ralco" Uhren werden von Movado hergestellt, der Name besteht aus den ersten Buchstaben von drei Mtgliedern der Ditesheim Familie, Roger, Armand and Lucien (Eigentümer von Movado). Eine RALCO Automatic Uhr mit einem frühen Hammerautomatic Werk. Hier ist das Automatic Gewicht nicht als Rotor ausgeführt sondern als Schwinge, die Hin und Her schwingt. Beim Linksschwung wird das Zahnrad zum Aufziehen mitgenommen, beim Zurückschwingen ratscht der Mitnehmer über. Beschriftet vorn: “RALCO, Swiss Made”, hinten: ”Waterproof, Antimagnetic, Shockabsorber, Automatic”, innen: ”RALCO, Swiss Made,15 Jewels”, im Boden: “Stainless Steel, Back, 523076”.

"Ralco" watches were produced by Movado, the name originating from the first letters of the names Roger, Armand and Lucien, three members of the Ditesheim family (owners of Movado) . A Ralco Automatic watch with an early bumper automatic movement,. in this movement the automatoc weight is formed like a swing that swings back and forth. With the left swing the wheel for winding the mainspring is moved, at the right swing the ratchet just slips over.
